  • While there are certainly preventable errors in medicine, we have to remember that not every death, not every infection, not every pain you have while/after seeing a doctor is their fault. Our litigation system, however, does not always see it this way.

  • I witnessed the event. A colleague and I were driving along Rte 40 in MD, when we saw a super bright object that appeared to be falling toward the earth. It was relatively small, but didn't appear to be terribly far off.
